The Challenge
Our role for Auto Trader is to reposition the brand to fortify their number one position in the market. We are dramatically strengthening customer satisfaction and perceptions of value for money across all dealership communications, with the ultimate commercial objective being increased customer value and product holding.
The Answer
An extensive CRM programme sits at the heart of this project, ensuring that we help dealers to navigate the available product set, recognise the value their existing products deliver, and immediately see the increased benefits that additional products could provide.
We've achieved this through the development of their strategic marketing plan for B2B customers (across all channels, on and offline), reviewing creative expression of the B2B brand, and a complete overhaul of the existing customer contact strategy and segmentation.
